My Philosophy

Rather than fixing people...

I help people remember who they were before the fear, shame, guilt, criticism, trauma, and life experiences taught them they needed to become someone else.

Because underneath every protective pattern...

there is still a whole person waiting to be rediscovered.

Why Clients Choose Me

I won't tell you who to become.

I won't ask you to think more positively.

I won't give you endless strategies to manage symptoms.

Instead...

I'll guide you to the unconscious and allow you the space to view your problem from a different perspective.

When the unconscious is understood rather than fought...

Change happens naturally.

I provide a safe space to explore what has been hidden, understand what has been misunderstood, and release what no longer serves you.

What is Conversational Hypnotherapy?

Conversational Hypnotherapy is a style of therapy that is somewhat different than traditional methods. With conversational hypnotherapy the client and therapist engage in a conversation as the therapist watches for the unconscious cues that the client presents within that conversation.

Instead of traditional, eyes-closed inductions, it uses gentle, targeted questioning to help the unconscious mind reframe memories, fears, or anxieties at their root.

So, although I will not begin by telling you to close your eyes and counting down as you relax, you may find yourself becoming more and more relaxed as the conversation unfolds. And although I will not purposely regress you to a past experience, you may naturally recall a memory during our discussion. And although I will not tell you what to think or believe, your unconscious will present the right words, thoughts, and inspirations, which I will use to guide you in the right direction.
